Legendary Total Wellness Longevity Spa is helping Prescott-area residents take a more active role in their health. During the Signals News Podcast, Tim McGee and Josie Voss discussed their focus on holistic wellness, education, and personalized care. Their goal is to help clients develop healthier habits and improve their overall quality of life.
The wellness spa offers a wide range of services. These include red light therapy, customized facials, microneedling, oxygen facials, IV therapy, peptide consultations, and medically managed weight loss programs. Josie also works closely with clients to create skin care plans for acne, eczema, aging, and other individual concerns.
In addition, Legendary Total Wellness focuses on safety and accountability. Clients may complete lab work before beginning certain programs. The team also provides consultations, tracks progress, and helps clients understand the products or treatments they are considering. Therefore, each plan is based on the client’s personal goals and overall health.
Legendary Total Wellness recently opened a location at Pine Ridge Marketplace in Prescott. The business also continues to serve clients at its Prescott Valley office on Thursdays. Tim and Josie are also launching the Legendary Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit created to help veterans access supportive wellness services and participate in future research.
