Since joining the Chamber in June, Tiffany has already made a major impact. Most notably, leading the highly successful annual banquet and casino night. Now, she’s helping shape what’s next for the Chamber in 2026 and beyond.
A Revamped Business Academy
One of the biggest announcements is the expanded Business Academy, now growing from eight sessions to 15 in-depth sessions with a strong focus on financial literacy for businesses. Developed in partnership with Desert Financial Credit Union, the program covers essential topics such as profit and loss statements. Also balance sheets, cash flow, taxation, and financial planning.
What sets this academy apart is its practical, action-based approach. Participants will work through real-life scenarios and ask questions specific to their own businesses. Gain tools they can immediately apply with no financial background or degree required. The program launches February 10 and runs every three weeks through December 1, with flexible pricing options for both members and non-members.
Celebrating and Empowering Women
Another highlight is the Fourth Annual International Women’s Day Luncheon, taking place Friday, March 6, at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center. This year’s keynote speaker is Bevin Ferrand, author of Your Damn Manifesto, who will share her journey of building an empire from the ground up. Joining her is local leader Meredith Dunlap-Sterrett, bringing powerful insight from right here in the community.
This luncheon also serves as the launchpad for a brand-new Women in Leadership Program. A quarterly workshop series designed to inspire confidence, connection, and purpose among women in leadership roles. Planned sessions will take place in May, August, and November. Topics range from mentorship and confidence-building to public speaking and professional growth.
Events That Bring the Community Together
The conversation also covers the Chamber’s major events calendar, including:
- PV Days in May
- The Annual Banquet, featuring a new Western-themed celebration—boots, cowboy hats, and all
- The Golf Tournament has been moved to September for better weather
- And a look back at the record-breaking Valley of Lights, which welcomed over 4,000 attendees and showcased incredible community participation
- Growing with Purpose
