Now, the business is entering a new chapter with an expanded name and plans for a grab-and-go cafe.

Talia creates charcuterie boards, catered meals, gourmet sandwiches, flower bars, and customizable food experiences for events of all sizes. In addition, she works with customers to create options that fit different tastes and budgets. Her approach combines creativity with a strong focus on food safety and professional preparation.
Soon, customers will have even more ways to enjoy Dolce Fresh Market. The new location is planned near Willow Creek and Commerce in Prescott. Talia hopes to offer fresh grab-and-go meals, local delivery, chicken salad flights, deviled egg flights, gourmet Italian sandwiches, and other creative options. The location will also make it easier to serve nearby medical workers and first responders.
Most importantly, Dolce Fresh Market is a story about taking a chance and following a dream. After spending 21 years in corporate America, Talia decided to build something of her own. Today, she continues to grow the business through community partnerships, word of mouth, and a passion for making food both beautiful and delicious.
