Earthquake in Chino Valley?
At 1:52 pm on Sunday, the Prescott area experienced a 3.8 magnitude earthquake with its epicenter in Chino Valley. Yavapai County Emergency Management confirmed that the shaking/tremors felt in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley were indeed an earthquake.
Wildlife Sightings in Prescott Valley, Castle Canyon Mesa
On Tuesday, July 18, two people reported they were approached by a mountain lion in the area of Tonto Park North at 9:30 p.m. Neither was injured and the lion quickly left the area. Then On Thursday, July 20 at 6 p.m., residents reported and videotaped a young black bear walking through driveways in Castle Canyon Mesa,
Northern Arizona Wranglers Take Down Arizona Rattlers
The Wranglers got the win in a wild and intense battle, defeating the Rattlers by a score of 62-53. The Wranglers put together a truly incredible team performance to knock off the Rattlers, in the IFL Playoffs, for the second straight year.
