The Prescott National Forest lifted all fire restrictions on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. Stage 1 restrictions have been in place across the forest since June 29. Enough rain has fallen across the forest to increase fuel moisture levels and decrease fire danger.
Inspiration Apartments at Cottonwood will open Phase I for occupancy within the next month. Fourty-four apartments will be open for move-in around this time, with the remaining phases to come in the next few months. In total, Inspiration will lease 192 apartments. According to the property management firm PB Bell, nearly 30% of the units are under lease at this time.
Attainable housing. The word seems to be a major topic of discussion nowadays, but what does it mean? Attainable housing doesn’t only mean affordable rents and mortgages. Attainable housing also means having access to quality healthcare, a reasonable commute to work, availability of educational opportunities and so much more. Attainable housing even means having the right amount of space for your family which can too often be too small or too large depending on the availability of housing on the market.
