ServeMD is working to make primary care easier and more responsive across Northern Arizona. In this episode of Signals AZ News, Megan McClenahan speaks with Dr. Mohindra about his medical background and the growth of ServeMD. He also explains why service and patient communication are at the center of the practice.
Patients can contact the team through secure email, phone, and text messaging. In addition, the practice reserves appointment times for walk-ins and same-day care. Therefore, patients may be able to receive help faster when they are sick or have an urgent concern.
ServeMD currently has primary care locations in Prescott Valley, Cottonwood, and Sun City West. The practice is also preparing to open a full-time Prescott location. Additionally, ServeMD serves patients through several satellite locations across Arizona.
The practice offers primary care, geriatric care, on-site lab services, ultrasounds, sleep studies, liver testing, and other diagnostic services. Looking ahead, Dr. Mahindra hopes to bring more physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialty services to the region.
