Shanna’s Sugar Shack is bringing a different kind of dessert experience to downtown Prescott. Located inside Old Firehouse Plaza, the shop lets customers build their own sweet creations. Guests can choose from premium small-batch ice cream, cookies, brownies, donuts, edible cookie dough, and more.
One of the shop’s signature treats is a warm donut filled with the customer’s choice of ice cream. Visitors can also create ice cream flights, floats, sundaes, and custom ice cream sandwiches. In addition, Shanna’s Sugar Shack offers several unique ice cream flavors that customers may not find at a traditional ice cream shop.
However, the story behind Shanna’s Sugar Shack is just as sweet as the desserts. Owner Shanna Daley opened the business after losing her grandmother. She remembered spending time baking and making caramel apples with her grandmother. Those memories inspired her to create a place where families could enjoy treats, spend time together, and leave feeling a little happier.
Shanna’s Sugar Shack also has treats for four-legged family members. The shop makes fresh dog treats with pumpkin, peanut butter, and oats, and pup cups are available for visiting dogs. Customers can also take home pints of ice cream or order through DoorDash.
