Destiny House Restoration Center has supported human trafficking survivors for more than 14 years. The Prescott nonprofit provides education, prevention resources, and community awareness. It also operates an outpatient center and a residential transition home for women rebuilding their lives.
However, Destiny House receives no state or federal funding. The organization depends entirely on donations, sponsorships, and volunteers. Its programs include counseling, mentorship, transportation, life skills classes, nutrition support, art, music, cooking, and job preparation.
To support these services, Destiny House will host its first charity golf tournament on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at StoneRidge Golf Course. The scramble-style tournament begins at 7 a.m. Golfers can enjoy prizes, raffle items, lunch, a silent auction, and an awards ceremony. Hole-in-one prizes include a 2026 Chevy Trax, a PXG driver, a Scotty Cameron putter, and an iPad.
In addition, community members can help even if they do not play golf. Destiny House needs volunteers, mentors, drivers, clothing donations, business sponsors, and financial support. Registration and donation information are available at destinyhouserc.org.
